Shipping Policy
This policy may be updated periodically. We encourage you to check back for updates.
PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, it will take 3-5 business days to process your order regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a tracking email once your order ships.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as First Class or Priority Shipping.
Please allow 4-10 business days for order to be delivered. We ask that you do not reach out regarding your order’s delivery status until the 10 business days have elapsed. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather or other circumstances out of our control.
If your package has been marked as DELIVERED, but you have not received your product, you must contact USPS and file a claim with them.
Kita Lynette Creations LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a second email that includes your tracking number and a link to receive updates on your order’s shipping status. If there’s a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly to resolve the issue.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS & RESTRICTIONS
International Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Order Cancellations and Adjustments: We only accept order cancellations or changes within 24 hours of you placing your order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
DAMAGES
We do understand that damages may occur during transit, so if your order is damaged, please contact us at kitalynette.creations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product(s) and we will work with you to replace the item(s).
